Rainelle Holshouser Aycock, 86, of Badin, passed away Saturday May 12, 2018 at her home. Her graveside service will be 11 AM Wednesday May 16, 2018 at Fairview Memorial Park with Rev. B.J. Bowers officiating. There will be no formal visitation.

Rainelle was born June 5, 1931 in Rowan County, NC and was the daughter of the late Hoyle H. Coley and Ruth E. Holshouser Coley. Mrs. Aycock was a graduate of Badin High School Class of 1949. She retired from Federal Pacific Electric of New London. Rainelle was a member of Badin Baptist Church, where she was very active in the church choir and church committees as long as her health permitted.

Mrs. Aycock was preceded in death by her husband Charles Edward Aycock on December 1, 1995. Survivors include a son Charles Edward “Eddie” Aycock and wife Lisa of Salisbury, NC; daughter Robin Aycock Morgan of Eden, NC; sister Joanne Mauldin of Ocean Isle, NC and three grandchildren Megan Aycock of Salisbury, NC, Bryce Morgan and Dylan Morgan both of Raleigh, NC.
