How did you land in the field you are in today? At 16 years of age, I knew God’s calling on my life was the field of Social Work.
What is your favorite activity after/outside of work? I enjoy interior and exterior design and renovation. I love time spent with my husband and grandchildren.
What is the best professional advice you can give to the next round of rookies in your field? There are many career options in social work. Find one that fills your soul.
What is something someone told you that you have not forgotten or it made an impact on you? God has placed everything inside of you to do what He has called you to do.
Tell us a fun fact about you! As a 20-year-old college intern, I was the youngest person allowed access to “Death Row” at the Men’s Correctional Institution in Columbia, SC.
