“As we get ready to open the doors of Mint Hill Medical Center this October, we are focused on giving back and partnering with local businesses in the Mint Hill community. The team and I recently participated in Discover Mint Hill and had a wonderful time learning about the town’s rich history,” said Greear. “Community events like Mint Hill Madness serve as a great opportunity for us to meet the people and families we care for where they are, before they need us. Novant Health Mint Hill Medical Center will be a 46-bed community hospital with an attached physician plaza. The hospital is being built on the 80-acre campus that houses the existing free-standing Mint Hill Medical Office Building at the corner of Albemarle Road and I-485.

Novant Health Lakeside Pediatrics, Novant Health Lakeside Family Physicians & Urgent Care, Novant Health Mint Hill OB/GYN, Novant Health Orthopedics & Sports Medicine and Novant Health Heart & Vascular Institute – Mint Hill, are all located inside the medical office building at 8110 Healthcare Loop, which opened in November 2016. The hospital and adjoining physician plaza are set to open October 1, with a community grand opening event in late September.
