The North Carolina Singing Americans of Stanly County will be performing during the 2018 patriotic concert season at the following locations: June 30 (7:30 PM) -Grace Baptist Church located at 644 Edgemont Street in Albemarle, July 1 (3:00 PM) – Grace Baptist Church, July 3 (6:30 PM) – Bethany Woods Assisted Living Center located on Salisbury Road in Albemarle, and July 8 (3:30 PM) – Pleasant Grove Baptist Church located off of HWY 24/27 West at 17236 Frog Pond Road in Oakboro.
Under the direction of Douglas Freeman this 35 voice choir will present musical selections from “America of Thee I Sing!” A patriotic celebration of this land we love created by Luke Gambill, “God Bless the USA” and “I Love This Land”.
The Singing Americans of Stanly County is a unique organization composed of singers throughout Stanly County who love to share their faith and patriotism through annual Christmas and patriotic performances. Members pay their own expenses and support the needs of the organization through fund raising events as often as needed. Donations and sponsorships are greatly appreciated.
