WAXHAW, NC – The 2020 St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway ticket sales have started! With each $100 ticket purchased, you have a chance to win the Dream Home or other sponsored prizes. The drawing will take place at 7:00 pm on October 15, 2020, on WBTV News Channel 3.
The Charlotte 2020 Dream Home is located south of Waxhaw at the corner of Barra Dr. and McWhorter Rd. This 2,900 sq ft (estimated) home features three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and is valued at $425,000. It will feature custom cabinets, a covered back porch, and a surprise owner’s suite bathroom feature. Built by Newton Custom Homes & Realty, the house also contains donations from Brizo, Shaw Floors, Trane, and Bosch. Usually, the house would be open for in-person tours, but due to the continuing pandemic, they have moved to an online virtual house tour.
