Restaurants
We had access to 18 restaurants during our stay. As a very frequent traveler, and bit of a foodie, I was more than impressed with the food at this resort. White Box was outstanding (say hello to “Roberto Sexy Waiter”). This is a Gastrobar, apparently an innovation born in Spain in 2018. The concept is luxury Haute Cuisine, in smaller tapas style servings. We were given a menu with 10 separate sections, and up to 9 choices within EACH section. Food is served 1 or 2 selections at a time, with no rush to finish during the experience. This is a Michelin Star experience, and is only available to the Pyramid level clients.
Water
Clients almost always ask about the beach when learning about a resort. I have to say, upfront, the beach at almost every resort in the Hotel Zone is impacted by a severe seaweed problem. Each resort has it’s own team working to try to make the beaches as swimmable as practical, as does this resort. The beach itself is very long and walkable. There are many cabanas available for sun worshippers, and we never saw all the cabanas occupied. There is a Lazy River style of main pool that meanders through the resort, and this is the main area of congregation. The Activities at the pool area are spread throughout the day, and the “in pool” single bar stays busy with non alcoholic drinkers as well as adult drinkers. There is wait service along the pool area. There is also a smaller pool area, just adjacent to our Pyramid Building, which has Bali style beds as well as tables and lounge chairs. The pool is signed as for Pyramid guests only, but that is not enforced.
Entertainment
This area is another highlight of this resort. There are 2 main shows that are put on in the Lobby area. The center of the lobby is converted for these shows, and seating is brought in. The 2 shows we saw were outstanding, on the caliber and style of the Las Vegas Circus presentations. There is a dinner show, as well as a cabaret show. The Casino is operated by a leasing company, and is the only Casino on the strip.

As we review each resort, we will use October Departure dates, double occupancy per person rates, and apply any discounts the resort makes available to my corporation. Rates will include airfare separately as a package, but not transfers or upgrades unless they are part of the pricing offers.
