The American Kennel Club has their own policy that includes complementary Vet exams.   Other choices are Trupanion Pet Ins, Gieco, Pet First, ASPCA, State Farm, and many more.

Investigate the companies you already have car or home owners etc. with.  Check with your Vet to see which companies they honor or recommend.  There is even a company that will finance an emergency late night visit to save an injured pet.
