CHARLOTTE – Actually, while we were there “I spied with my eye” on the ice cream joint right next to the help desk. Of course, I headed there right away to check it out. Turns out it was not an ice cream joint. This was a GELATO STAND! OMG!! For those of you that know me and my family, I and my Daughter are Gelato freaks. We LOVE good gelato. Unfortunately, this was not good gelato, it was great gelato. Unfortunately for my waistline because I was a frequent flyer at the Gelato stand and tried all 8 flavors OMG Innovative award #7 and it is still day 1!

We finished day 1 with dinner at the Italian Venue. They offered a full menu,white-glove service, wonderful wine selections, personable wait staff, and a 4course meal. Outstanding in every category, they set a challenge for days 2 thru 5.

I could barely waddle out the door, but we had a showtime ticket in the RedLounge at 8 pm. We arrived at 7:30, just in time to enter the venue. After confirming our reservation on our wristband, we were sent to the right side of the showroom on the Red Team. Given our choice of theater-like seating we reclined back in our second-row chairs to watch the show, For the main show, this was a small theater that held maybe 300 people tops.
