The City of Locust will host a free outdoor concert by The Rick Strickland Band from 6-9 p.m. in the backyard of Locust City Hall. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy an evening of music and fun with friends and neighbors. Food vendors will be on site with items to purchase.
