The Children’s Theatre of Charlotte will present Madagascar: A Musical Adventure April 13 to May 6 at the McColl Family Theater in Charlotte. This 75 minute performance is recommended for ages four and older. Visit www.ctcharlotte.org for show times and ticket pricing.
The Intimidators will take on Hagerstown at 7:05 p.m. Dress up as your favorite Star Wars character for Star Wars Night. The team will wear Yoda specialty jerseys that will be auctioned off during the game. The fun will include character appearances, photo opportunities, giveaways and a Star Wars themed fireworks show. Lace up your running shoes for the Locust Fiesta 5K and Sombrero Shuffle Kids 1 mile fun run. The run will take place at 8 a.m. in the Locust Town Center. The post-race celebration will include prizes, music and food. Cost is $25 for the 5K and $15 for the Sombrero Shuffle. Register at runsignup.com.
