WAXHAW, NC – The South Charlotte Dog Rescue is pleased to present Darla for adoption. “Meet Darla, the resilient Hound/Jack Russell mix with a heart of gold! This 7-month-old pup is a survivor, having overcome two broken legs after being hit by a car as a puppy. But thanks to the care and dedication of South Charlotte Dog Rescue, she has made a full recovery and is now ready to find her forever home.

Darla is a playful and affectionate pup who loves nothing more than snuggling up with her humans and canine companions. She’s small but mighty! At only about 25 pounds, she has boundless energy and would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can run and play to her heart’s content. And speaking of companions, Darla would love to have another dog to play with – she’s a social butterfly and enjoys the company of her furry friends (even cats!).

In addition to her playful nature, Darla is also housetrained, making her the perfect addition to any family. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion, Darla is the one for you!” Head over to southcharlottedogrescue.com to apply to adopt her today. Let’s give this brave little pup the loving home she deserves!
