The second primary for North Carolina will be Tuesday, July 17 for the Democratic and Republican parties. In the Democratic second primary the office of N.C. Commissioner of Labor is available for voting. For the Republican party, the U.S. House District 8, N.C. Lieutenant Governor, N.C. Commissioner of Insurance, N.C. Secretary of State,  and N.C.
