I want to thank all of you who have contributed the Oakboro Police Department’s Annual Toy Drive. As of this moment, we have distributed 563 toys to many families and to Stanly Christian Ministries. This afternoon, we learned of one more family in our area that is need of some assistance. A mother and her four children have asked us if we could help. She has three boys, 5, 8, 10 years of age. She has one girl, age 13. If anyone would like to help us give this family a nice Christmas, we will take donations until 5 PM on Thursday December,22 . Once again, I want to thank you for your generosity this Christmas Season. You have helped us make a difference in many lives this year and I ask that God Bless each of you and your family at this special moment in time.
