7:30am – 11:00am August 07, 2010 – YMCA 8K for Strong Communities Albemarle, NC Organized by the Stanly County YMCA. Organized by the Stanly County YMCA, start time has been moved to 7:30 am to beat the summer heat. It’s a nice training race for the Run the Valley 10K. At 5 miles, it’s a step up challenge for 5Kers.
